It should be great to have same options on firefox plugin for "Host IP" and "My IP" ie can add flag, country, city ... to "My IP" in status bar (for use with VPN, TOR and so on) and for refresh time of "My IP" can choose shorter time than 1 hour and can chose to refresh external IP on event like change of internal IP, change of routing table and so on.
